The Pro>60 stand design process...

By following our step by step design process, clients enjoy a smooth and hassle free exhibition service call now for more details. This process can be achieved over a four week minimum lead time from receipt of cleared funds.

Pro>60 STEP ONE - Stand plans / 3D views...
All stand designs are visualised as mono plans and 3D wireframe views, we work with you to get the best layout to suit your stand space and achieve exhibition objectives. Colour renders are chargeable items at £200 per set of two view (refundable if project proceeds).

Pro>60 STEP TWO - Graphics planning and production...
A graphic plan is produced so that each wall is allocated a graphic number along with a spec and size. This enables you to brief us on your graphics content - take advantage of our high quality ad agency design studio for a high impact finish to your stand graphics.

Pro>60 STEP THREE - Electric requirement plans...
On approval, we will issue an electrical plan so you can submit an accurate requirements plan to the show electrical contractor and make your payment. This plan will only account for electrical requirements for our lighting, any backlit units and any av you have notified us of (wattages required for these items). ProMedia offer this FREE service to all its clients.

The Pro>80 stand design process...

Production of our Pro>80 system takes around two to three weeks longer than our Pro>60 range, with a six week minimum lead time from receipt of cleared funds.
