STEP ONE - Stand plans / 3D views...
All stand designs are visualised as mono plans and 3D wireframe views, we work with you to get the best layout to suit your stand space and achieve exhibition objectives. Colour renders are chargeable items.

STEP TWO - Graphics planning and production...
A graphic plan is produced so that each wall is allocated a graphic number along with a spec and size. This enables you to brief us on your graphics content - take advantage of our high quality ad agency design studio for a high impact finish to your stand graphics.

STEP THREE - Electric requirement plans...
On approval, Willoughby Stewart will issue an electrical plan so you can submit an accurate requirements plan to the show electrical contractor. This plan will only account for electrical requirements for our lighting, any backlit units and any av you have notified us of (wattages required for these items). Willoughby Stewart offer this FREE service to all its clients.
