Pre Build, Install & Storage services...

Pro>Media Pre Build Service: As an additional safeguard, we can offer a 'Pre-Build' service at our graphics facility, should any changes need to be made these can be carried out quickly and potentially whilst still pre building. This service is quoted on a per stand basis (poa). This ensures all graphics and stand hardware are correct and available before each exhibition install. We can either make a dedicated delivery to your premises and Pre-Build your stand for you or we can Pre-Build and email stand photos to you before we install for you.

Pro>Media "Self Build Training" Service: Should clients wish to manage their own stand installations, we offer our Self Build Training service. We make a dedicated delivery of your modular stand hardware and graphics to your offices / warehouse and spend 3 - 4 hours with you training you, very hands on, on the tips to building, dismantling and storing your system. If any amends are needed then these are addressed at the Self Build session and delivered back to you. With this in mind you should ensure your Self Bulid Training session is three weeks prior to your first stands installation date.

Pro>Media Stand HIRE Service: We also run a 'Try Before You Buy' hire shceme. Test the water with our modular system without committing to purchasing the hardware. Benefit from the full stand service, purchase your graphics and hire your chosen system hardware. Full details on request - call Robin NOW. Please note all HIRE stands must be installed by our own installation teams.

Pro>Media Installation Service: Whilst installing we liaise with the other on-site contractors on your behalf to ensure a smooth stand handover. Installs include all labour, transport costs and any accommodation. We install worldwide, and can offer a 'Shiping Crate' service for the Pro>60 system. Installs include all labour, shipping costs and any accommodation, ferry or flights as required.

Pro>Media Secure Storage Services: Storage is costed on 'single storage bay' units. Storage of stands is offered in a fully secure storage facility in Wiltshire, with fork lift facilities on site.

The current 'single storage bay' rate are £980.00 ex VAT a year. Storage fees can only be paid by one single payment and are due fourteen days after the beginning of all storage start periods.
